Anderson will provide Landlords of Johnson County members with tips on how to write an airtight Lease Agreement and make specific language and policy recommendations.

What to Bring: Bring your current Kansas Leases (Multifamily and Single-Family Homes) and a laptop or pen / pencil.

How to Prepare: Read through your current tenant policies and forms prior to attending the Workshop. Review your current Kansas Leases and come prepared to make revisions, if needed.
