Doors open at 5:30. Please check in at the desk, get a nametag and find your seat. Make sure to bring a copy of your lease. Snacks will be provided. Please register for the event prior so we have a good idea how many to expect. See you there.

Also, we will be voting on board nominees and the new bylaws. You are a voting member if you've paid your membership dues and currently own at least one rental property in Johnson County.

Why: Your Kansas Lease Agreement is your ability to write the laws of your land. Join Julie Anderson in this interactive workshop to evaluate the effectiveness of your current forms. Anderson will provide Landlords of Johnson County members with tips on how to write an airtight Lease Agreement and make specific language and policy recommendations.

What to Bring: Bring your current Kansas Leases (Multifamily and Single-Family Homes) and a laptop or pen / pencil.

How to Prepare: Read through your current tenant policies and forms prior to attending the Workshop. Review your current Kansas Leases and come prepared to make revisions, if needed.
