First, we will hear from KDOT and get an update on the reconstruction of 69 highway. They will provide an overview of the need for this project, the construction schedule this year and the coming years, how tolling will work and how to navigate the lanes, toll pricing as well as ways for people to stay up-to-date on the project.
Steve Rockers Bio
Steve is the KDOT Project Director for the US 69 Express Project. Steve has been with KDOT for over 30 years. Steve is graduate of the University of Kansas. Steve lives in Lawrence with wife Amy. Amy also works for KDOT in Road Design. They have two grown daughters, Grace and Delaney.
Jason Sanders Bio
Jason currently serves as Associate Vice President and Alternative Delivery Program. Manager for HNTB Corporation. Jason has been with HNTB for 26 years. Jason is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri and lives in Oak Grove, Missouri with his wife Lisa. They have two grown children, Lena and Jake.
Chis Kuehl is an economist and will be sharing the latest data and indicators. 
Dr. Chris Kuehl is a Managing Director of Armada Corporate Intelligence. He provides forecasts and strategic guidance for a wide variety of corporate clients around the world. He is the economist for several national and international organizations – Fabricators and Manufacturers Association, American Supply Association, Industrial Heating Equipment Association, Chemical Coaters Association International, Forging Industry Association and others.
Prior to starting Armada in 1999 he was a professor of economics and finance for 15 years – teaching in the US, Hungary, Russia, Estonia, Singapore and Taiwan. He holds advanced degrees in economics, Soviet studies and East Asian studies.
Chris is the co-author of The Flagship and the Strategic Intelligence System - both publications from Armada.
