Our main meeting will start around 7:30. We will hear from attorney, Rick Davis, on what important aspects to have in your lease. He will share some thoughts on screening do's and dont's. As well as he will share the lease he has drawn up and is available for all LJC members. Rick Davis is a real estate attorney and the founder of Rick Davis Real Estate, a full-service company focused on serving real estate investors. There are four primary divisions to RDRE – a law firm, a title company, a real estate brokerage, and a company that invests in real estate. He is also the chair-elect of the Kansas Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Division and a member of the Kansas Title Standards Committee and the American Bar Association’s Single-Family Residential Committee.
