Eric is the smartest guy I know. He will share how he has built a massive portfolio in just over 10 years starting with nothing. He is very knowledgeable on rehabs, property management, 1031 exchanges, development, multi family investing and syndication. He literally knows it all. Eric has navigated disbursing his parents estate and has some options for us investors looking to leave a legacy for generations to come. Plus as a bonus his presentations are super funny and entertaining all while being very informative. Let's show up big and hear what Eric has to share.
