Brendon is a licensed real estate agent that has owned and managed rental properties for over 10 years. During this time he has completed several flip projects by overseeing the rehabs from start to finish. He has purchased and sold many homes during his career, and currently owns several million dollars of real estate in the Johnson County area. He has extensive knowledge of the construction and rehab process and the costs associated with renovating a house. He has been on the board for Landlords of Johnson County for the past several years, currently serving as the organization’s president. Brendon is married to his wife of 20 years, Shannon, and has 3 kids, Azaria, Tanyon and Kabreya. He loves real estate because of the flexibility it provides which helps him keep a family life and work balance. 

To start the meeting we're going to hear from Cierra McClendon. Cierra recently started a cleaning company and specializes in move in/move out cleanings and post renovation cleanings. I've invited her in to let us know how she can help all the landlords when a tenant moves out.
