John Ketchum is the current president of the MLS. The MLS stands for the multiple listing service. The MLS is the a database that real estate brokers use to share information about properties for sale. Most residential properties gets bought and sold through the MLS. So it's safe to say the John has a good pulse on what the market is doing. John will also share some changes to the current MLS system and the new law regarding how buyer's agent fees are determined. He will share his insight and also give us some strategies for investing in syndications. Come find out more about how things are shifting and what you can do about it.

John Ketchum is an award-winning keynote speaker, sales leader, and business strategist. With a work background starting when he was 14 years old, John has evolved through decades of service, sales, and management roles to becoming an awarded broker which has ranked in the Top 3 of Ingram's Kansas City's Fastest Growing Real Estate Companies. He has a mission statement of assisting his agents in "living the lives of their dreams" because he feels that he is constantly striving to do the same. John has an immense passion for travel, golf (especially when traveling), dining, fine arts, and his two children - Lucy and Brevin. John is the 2025 President of Heartland MLS, volunteers and contributes to Johnson County Christmas Bureau, Children's Miracle Network, KVC, and was a 2022 Band of Angels Rockstar. John lives in Western Lenexa with his two cats (Mingo and Mavis).
We also have a guest named Kristi Daugherty. She has two service dogs that she would like to share what they can do to help those in times of need. It will be great to see these dogs in action.
