Everyone has probably heard of the One Big Beautiful Bill. As it is with every piece of legislation there's some good and some not so good. One thing we can all agree on is it's Big. Bob Coleman has a great presentation that breaks down the specifics on what will affect us a property owners and some other helpful information. It's the Cliffs Notes version so you don't have to read the entire bill. Come find out what you can do to make sure you're getting all the tax benefits possible when you file early next year. 

Bob is a semi-retired small business tax accountant.  He graduated from engineering school at Purdue in ’73, and later got his accounting degree from Rockhurst.  He’s been in the business for 42 years and has focused on real estate tax accounting and tax strategies.   One of his better business decisions was to hire Bre Reichle, an enrolled agent, and our current treasurer.
