When life throws you curve balls you hit them out of the park. Our first speaker got sick so I've invited in Patrick Eades from Pillar to Post home inspections. Yes he does home inspections, but he also has a new program to help landlords. He will do your move out inspection for you or annual year end inspections. Come see what he has to share and maybe it will be of benefit to you.

We'll hear from John Christy. John is a CFP who also gets real estate and how to integrate that into a retirement plan. He will go over different strategies that can help you reach your goals. Bring your questions and something to take lots of notes. 

John T. Christy, CFP® was born and raised in the Kansas City area and graduated from Kansas State University with a B.A. in Business Administration, emphasizing Finance and Economics. Several years later, he continued his studies at University of Missouri-Kansas City where he completed his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Certificate in 2010.  Craft & Sage Wealth is a Registered Investment Advisor offering holistic wealth management to individuals, businesses and charitable organizations.  Real estate investing has always been a passion for John and sharing that passion has become an important aspect to the mission of Craft & Sage Wealth and its clients.
