Rick Davis is a regular presenter for us. A former attorney who now owns and runs a title company. He knows his stuff. Rick will share any title issues we should be aware of and answer any questions you have about past or upcoming purchases you may have. 

Rick is a real estate attorney, broker, and title agent who has been providing legal services to real estate investors in Kansas and Missouri since 2015 when he founded Rick Davis Legal.  In 2020, Rick opened rickdavisTITLE, with the intention of building a title company specifically for real estate investors and the unique transactions investors are involved with.

Rick is a regular instructor at continuing legal education (CLE) classes for lawyers on topics related to real estate, title, and legal ethics.  He also often speaks at area real estate investor groups, such as the Mid-American Association of Real Estate Investors (MAREI), Johnson County Landlords, and others.
